Amanda Miotto has joined the QCIF team as a Griffith University-based eResearch Analyst.
Amanda has worked at Griffith as an eResearch Support Specialist for the past nine years, initially as a bioinformatician for the Griffith Institute for Drug Discovery (GRIDD), then the Genomics Institute. She then worked as a software developer and technical resource on projects such as the Prosecutions Project, Griffith Agribusiness, the Griffith Microscopy Portal, and the OpenHeart Project.
Recently she has been doing analyst work for groups such as Compounds Australia and Innovations in Health Technology, and collaborating with researchers on initiatives such as Research Bazaar, Software Carpentry workshops and Griffith’s Hacky Hour, which she co-founded. In her QCIF role, Amanda will continue to work in these areas.
Griffith researchers, both staff and students, are welcome to ask Amanda (This email address is being protected from spambots.
